Psychedelic Panorama

Sweeping but linear mountains in transparent black, purple, pink, red, orange and yellow under an opaque pale blue sky lie across the canvas, evoking mountains far and near.

An exploration of colour and technique, this has been ‘painted’ only by palette knife, scraping the paint to give translucency, texture and depth. Although painstaking and requiring a steady hand, this is my favourite way to ‘paint’ as I love the beautiful textural detail it gives.

This will be shipped from Australia, as an unstretched canvas and will need stretching and framing by the purchaser. It measures 76 cm x 50 after stretching.
