Blue elephant

This painting is one of my happy paintings. Painting and making this picture was so much fun. Again, completely intuitive, haphazard, paint in different layers on the canvas. And then, when everything was dry, I saw the elephant. This is worked out with great attention to detail with fineliners. The image is playful and powerful at the same time, pure harmony. Natural and abstracted at the same time, full of warmth.
